“And that these days should be remembered and kept throughout every generation, every family, every province, and every city; and that these days of Puriym should not fail from among the Yahudiym, nor the memorial of them perish from their seed.” ECTER (ESTHER) 9:28 את Cepher Publishing Group.

All of the Feast Days of Abba YA’OH are determined by His New Moon, in the Hebrew language, the Rosh Qodesh.
“And ALA’AYM | ELOHIYM said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for appointed feasts, and for days, and years:” BERE’SHIYTH (GENESIS) 1:14 את Cepher Publishing Group.

Although the Feast of Puriym is not a Major Feast Day, as ordained of Abba YA’OH and preserved for all to read in the Books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy, it is written in the Scriptures in the Book of Ecter | Esther, therefore in our daily scripture reading we came to the conclusion, that The Seed of Ya’ohdah must celebrate it as a reminder of their deliverance.

During the time of “Xerxes” the king of Persia | Iran today, who ordered the decree which was designed to wipe out people of the nation of Ya’ohsharal, specifically of the tribe of Ya’ohdah, due to a diabolical plot by Haman…“Mordekai had written unto them; Because Haman the son of Hammedatha, the Agagiy, the enemy of all the Yahudiym, had devised against the Yahudiym to destroy them, and had cast Pur, that is, the lot, to consume them, and to destroy them;”

The decree went out on the 13th day of the month of Adar, which is the 12th month of the year. According to the account, the Feast followed on the 14th through the 15th days. What could have been a time of mourning and sadness for the children of Abba YA’OH, turned out to be a joyous celebration of deliverance. Let’s see what Our Heavenly Father did for his inheritance, Ya’ohsharal:

Upon one day in all the provinces of king Achashverosh, namely, upon the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month Adar. The copy of the writing for a commandment to be given in every province was published unto all people, and that the Yahudiym should be ready against that day to avenge themselves on their enemies. So the posts that rode upon mules and camels went out, being hastened and pressed on by the king’s commandment. And the decree was given at Shushan the palace. And Mordekai went out from the presence of the king in royal apparel of blue and white, and with a great crown of gold, and with a garment of fine linen and purple: and the city of Shushan rejoiced and was glad. The Yahudiym had light, and gladness, and joy, and honour. And in every province, and in every city, whithersoever the king’s commandment and his decree came, the Yahudiym had joy and gladness, a feast and a good day. And many of the people of the land became Yahudiym; for the fear of the Yahudiym fell upon them.” ECTER (ESTHER) 8:12-17 את Cepher Publishing Group.

“NOW in the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar, on the thirteenth day of the same, when the king’s commandment and his decree drew near to be put in execution, in the day that the enemies of the Yahudiym hoped to have power over them, (though it was turned to the contrary, that the Yahudiym had rule over them that hated them;) The Yahudiym gathered themselves together in their cities throughout all the provinces of the king Achashverosh, to lay hand on such as sought their hurt: and no man could withstand them; for the fear of them fell upon all people. And all the rulers of the provinces, and the lieutenants, and the deputies, and officers of the king, helped את eth-the Yahudiym; because the fear of Mordekai fell upon them. For Mordekai was great in the king’s house, and his fame went out throughout all the provinces: for this man Mordekai waxed greater and greater. Thus the Yahudiym smote all their enemies with the stroke of the sword, and slaughter, and destruction, and did what they would unto those that hated them. And in Shushan the palace the Yahudiym slew and destroyed five hundred men.”  ECTER (ESTHER) 9:1-6 את Cepher Publishing Group.

“The ten sons of Haman the son of Hammedatha, the enemy of the Yahudiym, slew they; but on the spoil laid they not את eth-their hand. On that day the number of those that were slain in Shushan the palace was brought before the king. And the king said unto Ecter the queen, The Yahudiym have slain and destroyed five hundred men in Shushan the palace, and את eth the ten sons of Haman; what have they done in the rest of the king’s provinces? now what is your petition? and it shall be granted you: or what is your request further? and it shall be done. Then said Ecter, If it please the king, let it be granted to the Yahudiym which are in Shushan to do tomorrow also according unto this day’s decree, and את eth let Haman’s ten sons be hanged upon the gallows. And the king commanded it so to be done: and the decree was given at Shushan; and they hanged את eth Haman’s ten sons. For the Yahudiym that were in Shushan gathered themselves together on the fourteenth day also of the month Adar, and slew three hundred men at Shushan; but on the prey they laid not את eth-their hand.”  ECTER (ESTHER) 9:10-15 את Cepher Publishing Group.

“But the other Yahudiym that were in the king’s provinces gathered themselves together, and stood for their lives, and had rest from their enemies, and slew of their foes seventy and five thousand, but they laid not את eth-their hands on the prey, On the thirteenth day of the month Adar; and on the fourteenth day of the same rested they, and made it a day of feasting and gladness. But the Yahudiym that were at Shushan assembled together on the thirteenth day thereof, and on the fourteenth thereof; and on the fifteenth day of the same they rested, and made it a day of feasting and gladness. Therefore the Yahudiym of the villages, that dwelt in the unwalled towns, made אתeth the fourteenth day of the month Adar a day of gladness and feasting, and a good day, and of sending portions one to another. And Mordekai wrote את eth-these things, and sent cepheriym unto all the Yahudiym that were in all the provinces of the king Achashverosh, both nigh and far, To stablish this among them, that they should keep את eth the fourteenth day of the month Adar, and את eth-the fifteenth day of the same, yearly,”  ECTER (ESTHER) 9:16-21 את Cepher Publishing Group.

“As the days wherein the Yahudiym rested from their enemies, and the month which was turned unto them from sorrow to joy, and from mourning into a good day: that they should make them days of feasting and joy, and of sending portions one to another, and gifts to the poor. And the Yahudiym את eth undertook to do as they had begun, and את eth-as Mordekai had written unto them; Because Haman the son of Hammedatha, the Agagiy, the enemy of all the Yahudiym, had devised against the Yahudiym to destroy them, and had cast Pur, that is, the lot, to consume them, and to destroy them; But when Ester | Ecter came before the king, he commanded by cepheriym that his wicked device, which he devised against the Yahudiym, should return upon his own head, and that he and את eth-his sons should be hanged on the gallows. Wherefore they called these days Puriym after the name of Pur. Therefore for all the words of this letter, and of that which they had seen concerning this matter, and which had come unto them, The Yahudiym ordained, and took upon them, and upon their seed, and upon such as joined themselves unto them, so as it should not fail, that they would keep את eth these two days according to their writing, and according to their appointed time every year;”  ECTER (ESTHER) 9:22-27 את Cepher Publishing Group.

“And that these days should be remembered and kept throughout every generation, every family, every province, and every city; and that these days of Puriym should not fail from among the Ya’ohdah | Yahudiym, nor the memorial of them perish from their seed. Then Ester | Ecter the queen, the daughter of Aviyhayil, and Mordekai the Yahudiy, wrote with אתeth-all authority, to confirm את eth this second letter of Puriym. And he sent the cepheriym unto all the Yahudiym, to the hundred twenty and seven provinces of the kingdom of Achashverosh, with words of peace and truth, To confirm את eth these days of Puriym in their times appointed, according as Mordekai the Yahudiy and Ecter the queen had enjoined them, and as they had decreed for themselves and for their seed, the matters of the fastings and their cry. And the decree of Ecter confirmed these matters of Puriym; and it was written in the cepher.”  ECTER (ESTHER) 9:28-32 את Cepher Publishing Group.

The Book of “Additions to Esther | Ester” goes into greater detail about this Feast:

“NOW in the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar, on the thirteenth day of the same, when the king’s commandment and his decree drew near to be put in execution, in the day that the enemies of the Yahudiym hoped to have power over them, (though it was turned to the contrary, that the Yahudiym had rule over them that hated them;) ‘The Yahudiym gathered themselves together in their cities throughout all the provinces of the king Achashverosh, to lay hand on such as sought their hurt: and no man could withstand them; for the fear of them fell upon all people. “AND the king Achashverosh laid a tribute upon the land, and upon the isles of the sea. ‘And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordekai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the cepher of the chronicles of the kings of Madai and Persia? For Mordekai the Yahudiy was next unto king Achashverosh, and great among the Yahudiym, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed. ‘Then Mordekai said, ALA’AYM | ELOHIYM has done these things. ‘For I remember a dream which I saw concerning these matters, and nothing thereof has failed. ‘A little fountain became a river, and there was light, and the sun, and much water: this river is Ecter, whom the king married, and made queen:  HADACCAH (ADDITIONS TO ESTHER) 15:1-6 את Cepher Publishing Group.

“’And the two dragons are I and Haman. ‘And the nations were those that were assembled to destroy the name of the Yahudiym: And my nation is this Ya’ohsharal | Yashar’el, which cried to ALA’AYM | ELOHIYM, and were saved: for YA’OH | 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YAHUAH has saved his people, and YA’OH | 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YAHUAH has delivered us from all those evils, and ALA’AYM | ELOHIYM has wrought signs and great wonders, which have not been done among the other nations. ‘Therefore has he made two lots, one for the people of  ALA’AYM | ELOHIYM, and another for all the other nations. ‘And these two lots came at the hour, and time, and day of judgment, before ALA’AYM | ELOHIYM among all nations. So ALA’AYM | ELOHIYM remembered his people, and justified his inheritance.” HADACCAH (ADDITIONS TO ESTHER) 15:7-12 את Cepher Publishing Group.

This Historical Event allows us to see how Abba YA’OH preserved the Seed of Ya’ohdah in which he sent His Beloved Son Ya’ohshai through. Even during tumultuous times, YA’OH will deliver His Family from any and all attempts to destroy his people.

Notice what our Savior Ya’ohshai said:

“So be it | Amein I say unto you, This nation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”  MATTITHYAHU (MATTHEW) 24:34-36 את Cepher Publishing Group.
